Other positive things with FL is that you get life time free updates, a very active community and in principle personal and direct contact with the developers. Updates are frequent and you can actually make a difference. ![]() The amount of included plugs also makes it very good value for money. Eventually you will replace some with third party products but there's basically nothing missing in FL in terms of generators and plugs and many of them are of good quality. ![]() You can definitely produce professional music out-of-the-box with FL. What is still missing for me is primarily a truly integrated audio workflow for e.g. comping, pitch correction and time manipulation. All the capabilities are there and often very advanced but integration could be improved.
